Free shipping on every order across India. Cash on delivery and UPI bank transfer both available at checkout.
Shipping
Every order ships free anywhere in India — there is no minimum order value. Orders are packed as quickly as we can manage, and we'll email you the moment your parcel is on its way.
Returns & damages
If a piece arrives damaged, or isn't the piece you ordered, email support@boutu.in with a photo as soon as it reaches you and we'll set it right. Because everything is made in small batches, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to get your order to you: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. We never sell or share your details with anyone beyond our delivery partner.
Terms
All prices are listed in Indian rupees. Placing an order means you agree to these terms. Because pieces are made in small batches, availability can change — if something sells out after you order, we'll contact you and refund you in full.
